Welcome to my Portfolio,
an eclectic mix of Figurative, Abstract & Floral Digital Paintings. |
About Digital Painting
Digital painting is an emerging art form in which traditional painting techniques such as watercolor, oils, acrylics, etc. are applied using digital tools such as a digitizing tablet and stylus (which replace the traditional canvas and brush).
Digital painting differs from other forms of digital art in that it does not involve the computer rendering from a model. The artist uses painting techniques to create the digital painting directly on the computer achieving a rich texture and retaining their own unique style.
About the Artist
Mystical, trippy and deliciously absurd are just a few ways my art has been described - an eclectic mix of subjects and styles, the result of 25 years of creative play.
I'm a second generation artist who creates in both pixels and paint. I currently work from my studio in Texas splashing my thoughts, whims and emotions onto canvas.
Several of my works appeared in the 2007 Summer Issue of Mendocino Arts Magazine and my art is currently on display at the Art World Project in Austria to support child aid charities worldwide.
